2025 was another challenging but rewarding year for World of Words.
There are many more children and families who have benefited and as well as those at Cwmclydach Primary School and Ton Pentre Junior School there was also a new crowd from Hafod Primary School plus those parents and offspring who attended sessions at Tonypandy Library and Rhondda Heritage Park.
There have been many families who have had WOW rewards and been to Wales international male and female football internationals, making chocolate at the Cholate House (Trehafod), attending pantomimes, touring the Heritage Park, visiting Cardiff Castle and have benefited from books and a range of other prizes.
Thanks to everyone who has helped with donations, the handful of grant providers who understand our goals, and the kind people who have come in to talk to our youngsters. Umpteen guest speakers and their help has been phenomenal.
From those who have provided to those who have participated – it is a big round of applause and seasonal greetings and New Year wishes to you all.
