A beautiful afternoon tea for two is on offer at my favourite cafe in the borough – Bradleys in Aberdare. Just come in from there on a second visit this week and it is a lovely venue whether sitting inside in the lovely, comfortable settings or outside on the neat plaza.
The teas and coffees are first class as are the eating options. Bradleys have kindly offered World of Words a £37 afternoon tea for two and it is up for auction to anyone who is interested as the 2026 fundraising drive is underway in the quest to help children in the area. The original voucher has an individual number and all you have to do is ring the venue to book your time slot. Over to anyone – who wants to kick off the bidding……
